Low cutting efficiency and uneven incision?
For rough cutting, select 12-36 # abrasive grains, and for fine cutting, select W7-W20 micro powder; Adjust the bonding agent according to the processing material (resin bonding agent for stainless steel); Ensure that the speed of the grinding wheel meets the equipment nameplate markings (strictly prohibit using beyond the specified speed).
Are grinding wheels prone to edge breakage and bursting?
Reason: Insufficient toughness of the substrate, improper installation (without anti slip washers), uneven stress during cutting, and substandard product quality. Solution: Choose products with thickened cold-rolled steel plate substrate (refer to the previous impact resistance design); Before installation, check that the grinding wheel has no cracks and tighten it evenly with a wrench; Drive at a constant speed during cutting to avoid impact pressure.
Is the service life of the grinding wheel shorter than expected?
Reason: The hardness of the processing material exceeds the suitable range of the grinding wheel (such as using ordinary corundum abrasive to cut diamond material), poor chip removal leads to abrasive blockage, and the grinding wheel surface is not repaired in a timely manner. Solution: Select specialized grinding wheels according to material (diamond abrasive for diamond material); Choose products with honeycomb shaped chip removal grooves (refer to the chip removal design mentioned earlier); Regularly clean the blockage on the surface of the grinding wheel with a trimming pen to maintain sharpness.
Is there high dust and noise during use?
Reason: Unreasonable ratio of abrasive and binder, inadequate design of grinding wheel structure. Solution: Choose low dust formula products (scientific ratio mentioned earlier); Wear protective masks and earplugs; Prioritize selecting grinding wheels with optimized structural design to reduce vibration noise.
Can non-standard sizes (such as special aperture and thickness) be customized?

Is small batch customization (such as 50 pieces or less) supported?
